Dr. Durgesh Tinaikar
Dr Durgesh Tinaikar has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, MMS (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai and Ph.D in economics with major in international finance and economics from “The American University”, Washington, D.C. He has also attended an Executive Program in investment banking and corporate finance at Kellog School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago. Dr. Tinaikar has been a career banker with more than three decades of banking experience mainly in Corporate & Investment Banking and has worked with ICICI, The World Bank and IFC, Washington D.C. and international banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, Societe General – The French & International Bank, DBS Bank Ltd. in India and Singapore and Mizuho Bank Ltd. belonging to the Japanese Financial Group Mizuho where he worked for almost 13 years in Singapore and India. Prior to his retirement in March this year from Mizuho Dr. Tinaikar was Managing Director & Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking for India. He has also done stints with the erstwhile Tata Engineering & Locomotive Company Ltd. (now Tata Motors) as a graduate trainee engineer and Larsen & Toubro as Jt. General Manager - Office of the Chairman & MD. Since the year 1990 after he returned from the U.S. Dr. Tinaikar has been associated as visiting faculty in the subjects “International Finance” and “Derivatives & amp; Risk Management” with several reputed India B-Schools like JBIMS, SPJIMR, IIM-A and IIM-B. Dr. Tinaikar is a recipient of several awards such as Chairman’s Special Award at Standard Chartered Bank and President’s award on several occasions at Mizuho Bank for his contribution to business development.
Financial Professional with MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore; CFA from ICFAI; FRM, PRM and Cost Accounting qualifications. More than 13-years experience in Fund Management, Trading, and Research. He heads strategy and new product development at Decimal Point Analytics.
Jaya graduated in economics from Madras University. She has additional degrees like an MPhil in economics from JNU as well as an MS in international relations from American University DC.

Indradeep Ghosh has a PhD in Economics from MIT and has taught for 8 years at Haverford college, a 4 year liberal arts college located in Philadelphia, PA.
Prof. Mukherjee has completed his PhD at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Prof. Mukherjee's main scholarly interests are in development economics, behavioural and experimental economics and public policy.

Suneel Sarswat has more than 12 years of teaching experience. Earlier he had worked for Bank of America as a Research Associate for a hedge fund group. He teaches machine learning, data science, computational finance portfolio optimization, numerical methods and simulations. He has worked on several research and corporate projects.
Dr. Sandhya Krishnan
Sandhya Krishnan holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam and an MA in Economics from the University of Mumbai. She works in the areas of applied econometrics and development economics. Sandhya has earlier worked at the Mumbai School of Economics and Public Policy, University of Mumbai, at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy and at the EPW Research Foundation in different capacities.
Shailesh Goregaokar has a Masters in Mathematics and a Masters in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. He worked in the IT industry for almost 30 years before taking up his passion, teaching. As a part of the corporate world, he organized and taught in technical training programs.
He holds a post-graduate degree in economics with a specialization in development studies from Symbiosis International University. Aritra Chakrabarty has over five years of experience in the development sector and has worked with various NGOs and organizations on social issues. In the past, he has helped organizations frame research designs and impact assessments on issues like migration, education, trafficking, consumption and expenditure patterns of households. Aritra also pursues academic research and has published research papers and op-ed pieces on social capital, education, and training, governance and technology, sex workers, etc. Over the past few years, the research work has focused on impact assessment and sustainability studies. He was also associated with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) as a researcher, studying the impacts and outcomes of renewable energy distribution in rural India. Currently, he is working on sustainability consulting and likes to teach young professionals from time to time.
